The UFO Vmax StreetPro™ Slash Cut exhaust system was designed several years ago by Jon Cornell and is the world’s most powerful exhaust for the Yamaha Vmax. Since then, many have tried to copy the design but have yet to duplicate it. Do not be fooled by these imitations, the UFO exhaust, with the Cornell Core™, is the original! The pipe he promotes is a design stolen from UFO, produced by a fly-by-night company interested only in your dollar, not your performance. The material will rust out. The coating will peel off and the pipes will crack. Our pipes, on the other hand, are made from the highest quality materials available with a ceramic fiberglass packing that won’t burn out. They are also the only VMAX pipes in the world that have 2.5 inch exits with show quality polished 304 stainless steel slash cut mufflers or classic style megaphones, offering the highest level of performance. Our pipes are mandrel bent and tig welded for greater flow. They are ceramic coated so they will not rust. The slash cut mufflers are made of show polished 304 stainless steel. All exhaust systems are equipped with with the 2.5 inch Cornell Core™. And yes, you get to keep your center stand and it will clear the oil filter.

I installed the slash cut UFO’s on my 2005 VMAX along with the stage 1 Jet Kit and have the V-boost on from idle up (Jon recommended this for proformance and sound) and boy was he right!!! I can’t tell you what a difference this has made to my bike. Jon is the King of the VMAX, and everything that it stands for! I recommend Jon and his UFO proformance company to everyone!! The Best, no need to look anywhere else!!!

Well Jon what can I say, these pipes are the most awesome sounding pipes I’ve ever heard in my LIFE! Put them on yesterday and went riding today. It was really something watching the Harley dudes trying like hell to figure out what they were listening to. The package doesn’t fit the sound. Sounds like a small block
Chevy with a bad ass cam. The report on letting off of a rev up is to, say the least, amazing! Well worth money to see the heads turn. As a structural engineer myself (retired), I was impressed with your awesome spagetti engineering on these pipes. 1/16″ off in any direction and these pipes wouldn’t fit…WOW! OK thats the good stuff…..I’m confused with whether I can keep the centerstand on or off or just for maintenence or what? Something in the instructions about replacing 2 stock bolts with 2 supplied….they weren’t supplied. Please let me know about the centerstand. Other than that, I’m a very happy Max owner.
